Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Time

All Boondocks Decals products are custom-made to order.

Orders enter production after purchase and are shipped once production is complete.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and seasonal demand.

Please note: shipping time does not include production time.


Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery speed depends on the option selected and your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination address

Both standard and expedited shipping options may be available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Boondocks Decals is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages lost or delayed due to weather or carrier issues
